Refund Policy

Goods purchased in the online store "LatvianCandles.lv", in accordance with Article 19 of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on distance contracts", the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return within 14 days without receiving the goods.

The product must be returned to the store "Latvijas Sveces", Maskavas Street 4, Riga, within 14 days of purchase.

Payment will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please prepare:

• Order number;
• Product Name;
• Reason for return.

Please make sure of the following:

• The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged;
• ​The product must be unused (unburned, free of scratches, dirt, etc.);
• ​The product must be in the same set as when received.
